I started doing these interviews with women I'd never met because I wanted to paint a picture for my listeners who fear that perhaps, when it comes to sex, you fear that there's something wrong with you or that you're not normal. The first thing I'd like to point out is that there's no such thing as normal.

I started doing these interviews with women I’d never met because I wanted to paint a picture for my listeners who fear that perhaps, when it comes to sex, there’s something wrong with them or that they’re not normal.
The first thing I’d like to point out is that there’s no such thing as normal. The concept of “normal” was invented by someone with a big, fat, throbbing agenda who was trying to dictate what other people should or should not be doing in bed. Over the years it’s been reinvented and reinterpreted, but at its core, pursuing normalcy is a trap. The idea of Sexually Deviant Behavior is culturally and historically specific and the classification has been weaponized to punish and stigmatize just about anyone — especially women.
What you’re about to hear is a summary of the most amazing moments from the first ten Under Covers episodes. I’ll share my findings, averages and some of the most touching, gut-wrenching and hilarious quotes from these brave women who agreed to be interviewed by me.
My goal with these episodes has been to help you realize that you’re not alone. You’re not “weird” and you’re not either too slutty or not slutty enough. You’re perfectly fine, and so are these 10 women.
If you’d like to be interviewed Under Covers, please email me. I’d love to hear from you and I’m especially looking for more minorities and other underrepresented folks. Please don’t be shy. As you’re about to hear, there’s no judgment and your identity is never revealed.
Thank you for listening to the show and sharing it with your friends. If there are topics you’d like me to cover or to request an interview, please email me. I’d love to hear from you.
I hope you’re staying safe at home and if you have a few extra minutes (hahahaha), throw on some headphones and listen back to episodes you might have missed. There may be a gem in there that speaks JUST TO YOU.
